The 40 Under 40 Awards recognize exceptional young professionals under the age of 40 who have demonstrated outstanding achievements, leadership, innovation, and impact in their respective industries.

To be eligible, nominees must:

-Be under 40 years of age as of the specified cut-off date.

-Have a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.

-Be currently employed in either the Pharmaceuticals sector, Medical devices or the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

-Meet all eligibility requirements specified by the awards committee.

The nominee must be below 40 years of age as of the announced cut-off date. Proof of age may be requested during the verification process.

No. Organizations may nominate multiple eligible employees, provided each nomination is submitted separately.

Eligible nominations will be evaluated by an independent jury based on predefined criteria such as:

No. Only nominees who meet the evaluation standards and receive the highest jury scores will be selected as award winners.
